If ur re married, then yes. He has all the rights to know about ur past....... cause tomorrow if u don't tell him anything then u might get divorced again tomorrow....... marriage is all about truth, so experience it and enjoy being married............

It depends what country you are in now. in Canada, when you get married etc, what ever you bring into the relationship remains your property if the relationship goes sour. whatever you and your husband acquire during the marriage is liable to be split 50/ 50.

I think the law says that all properties acquired before marriage are not considered conjugal, thus he has no right claiming anything from or arising from those properties.

Yes he has the right 50 % of your properties if he and you got divorce. However if your properties were still named to you and your ex-husband your new hubby will have to contest it in the court. He'll likely not get it. Its better to name all your properties to your children. You should have signed him to prenup before you got married. He's so lucky . If ever he wanna have monies to call it his own , all he has to do is to divorce you.
